90-Minute In-Home Therapeutic Bodywork

Service Description

This 90-minute in-home massage in Rochester gives us more time for a fully customized therapeutic bodywork session. It’s a wonderful option when you’d like to address multiple areas of tension, settle into deeper relaxation, or make dedicated space for your self-care practice. Before we begin, we’ll take a few minutes to review your intake information, health history, and goals for the session. Your full 90 minutes of hands-on bodywork is reserved for the service itself; please plan for a little additional time before and after your appointment for consultation and recommendations. I draw on more than 15 years of experience and a thoughtful blend of massage, bodywork, and energy-healing techniques. Depending on your needs, your session may include trigger point therapy, Shiatsu, sports or rehabilitative massage, deep tissue work, Swedish massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, cupping, or Gua Sha. Service area:Available for in-home appointments in Rochester and within a 10-mile radius. Appointments beyond the 10-mile radius may be available by request, subject to scheduling availability and an additional transportation fee.
