90 min Therapeutic Bodywork Session

Service Description

All of my sessions are completely customizable, so this one is all about you! Whether you are looking for a full body treatment to help you find a calm and peaceful state of being, or you want to focus on a specific areas. You're just a few clicks away. Before we begin the session we'll do an intake to get some general information and health history. It takes 5-10 min on average. Fret not, this will not take away any time from your massage. You will get the hands-on time for the session length you chose. After the massage has finished we'll do a debriefing and go over some recommendations. In planning your day around the session allow yourself an extra 10-15 min in addition to session length you picked. During the session I'll draw on my years of experience and training to help assist in achieving the goals we set beforehand.
