1-Hour In-Home Massage/Bodywork Session

Service Description

This 60-minute in-home therapeutic bodywork session is fully customized to you. Whether you’re looking to unwind, address areas of tension, or support a regular self-care practice, we’ll create a session around what your body needs that day. This is a 1 hour massage for you to get away from your everyday and feel extraordinary! Before we begin, we’ll take a few minutes to review your intake information, health history, and goals for the session. Your full 60 minutes of hands-on bodywork is reserved for the service itself; please plan for a little additional time before and after your appointment for consultation and recommendations. I draw on more than 15 years of experience and a thoughtful blend of massage, bodywork, and energy-healing techniques. Depending on your needs, your session may include techniques such as trigger point therapy, Shiatsu, sports or rehabilitative massage, deep tissue work, Swedish massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, cupping, or Gua Sha. Service area:Available for in-home appointments in Rochester and within a 10-mile radius. Appointments beyond the 10-mile radius may be available by request, subject to scheduling availability and an additional transportation fee.
